The Future
I’m Building
AI isn’t coming for jobs. I’m using it to build better ones.
Building the Infrastructure for Africa’s AI Workforce
I am building Workforce OS — an AI virtual staff platform that treats AI agents as formal, governed staff records. The platform is designed for African businesses first, then the world.
Most AI tools are built for Silicon Valley enterprises with dedicated engineering teams and unlimited budgets. African businesses deserve the same quality of intelligent, governed AI infrastructure — built for their context, their constraints, and their ambitions.
“My manufacturing business runs because of good systems. Now I’m codifying those systems into AI. The goal: give every company — not just the Fortune 500 — access to intelligent, governed, auditable digital staff.”
Workforce OS
A multi-tenant SaaS platform where AI agents are registered staff — with identities, permissions, skills, and audit trails.
Built for companies that want AI that works like a real team member, not a chatbot.
How I Think About AI
“I don’t build AI that replaces judgment. I build AI that executes judgment — at scale, with governance, and full auditability.”
If you can’t explain it clearly to a human, an agent can’t do it reliably. Every AI function must begin with documented, explicit logic — no ambiguity allowed.
Every AI action must be auditable. Who authorised it. What it did. What changed. Governance is not overhead — it is the foundation of trust in AI systems.
Not recklessly. You scale what is proven, what is governed, and what is understood. Speed without control is just a faster path to failure.
Want Early Access or to Follow the Build?
I share what I’m learning as I build — including what’s working, what’s not, and what I wish someone had told me earlier. No polish. Just real progress.
Spaces for early access are limited. I read every message personally.
